WARNING
Some Customers are reporting that they have had a call from form a company claiming to be Microsoft.
The person on the phone that called you already know's your name and telephone number.
STOP!! and Think
The content of the call is they tell you that you have a virus on your computer and they will help you remove it. I don't believe that Microsoft would ever put a virus in your computer as part of a windows update do you!!! it would be a complete disaster for Microsoft and would cost them a lot of money!!
So be smart this would not happen

The person on the telephone is trying to get you to subscribe to a premium support service.
If you ever receive a call like this stay calm get something to write on.
get as much detail as you can.
1 How they found your details today?
2 What company they are calling from? If they say Microsoft ask them to repeat their response again if it is MICROSOFT again.
remember try to get as much detail from them as you can. they wont expect you to ask!
make sure you and write down any website they want you to go to.
But do not go the site in your browser.
Then report it to MICROSOFT don't mess around microsoft do not do this sort of activity.
Remember tell them nothing !!!
